Where is my deposit?
We are on the lookout for your deposit and will process it as soon as possible, once it arrives at Cratos.
– An international bank wire transfer usually takes 2-5 business days.
– A SEPA transfer usually takes 1-3 business days.
If your transfer hasn’t arrived within the time frame, please contact your bank, check if the transfer was successful and request a transfer receipt. Once received, please send the receipt to our support email at email@example.com or attach it to your support ticket.
