Where is my deposit?

DEPOSIT OPTIONS
We are on the lookout for your deposit and will process it as soon as possible, once it arrives at Cratos.

●      An international bank wire transfer usually takes 2-5 business days.
●      A SEPA transfer usually takes 1-3 business days.

If your transfer hasn’t arrived within the time frame, please contact your bank, check if the transfer was successful and request an additional transfer receipt. Once received, please send the receipt to our support email at operations@cratos.net (please indicate the request number from the request card) or attach it to your support ticket.
