- Login to your Cratos account.
- Go to ‘Withdrawal’.
- Select a wallet and cryptocurrency that you wish to exchange;
- Click the ‘Create’ button.
- In the opened request for withdrawal with exchange, indicate:
- Wallet and cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw;
- The amount you wish to withdraw;
- Check if wallet address is correct;
- After filling in all the data, take a close look at fees, timeframe and limits. (If the transaction limit is exceeded, additional documents may be required*).
- Agree to the terms by clicking on the checkboxes;
- Click the ‘Send’ button.
- If necessary, upload additional documents to the card of the created withdrawal request*.
- Wait for the confirmation of the transfer from our side and expect payment;
*The system may ask you to upload additional documents to the ‘Compliance’ section in the request card.
