How to withdraw funds to a bank card?

WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS
To withdraw cryptocurrency to your bank card, first you need to exchange cryptocurrency to fiat funds on the ‘Exchange’ page, after which the system will create a request to withdraw fiat funds. You need to:

  • Login to your Cratos account.
  • Go to ‘Exchange’.
  • Select a wallet and cryptocurrency that you wish to exchange;
  • Select the fiat currency you want to exchange to;
  • Enter the exchange amount in cryptocurrency;
  • Select the withdrawal method (Bank Card);
  • After entering all the data, take a close look at the fees, timeframe and limits. (If the transaction limit is exceeded, additional documents may be required*).
  • Agree to the terms by clicking on the checkboxes;
  • Click the 'Buy' button.
  • In the opened request for withdrawal with exchange, indicate:
  • Card number to which you plan to withdraw fiat funds;
  • Name and surname of the recipient of the payment, as stated on the bank card;
  • Click the 'Confirm' button.
  • If necessary, upload additional documents to the card of the created withdrawal request*.
  • Wait for the confirmation of the transfer from our side and expect payment;

*The system may ask you to upload additional documents to the ‘Compliance’ section in the request card.

Make sure that you have entered all the details of your bank card correctly. If the bank card is not active/frozen or incorrect bank details are specified, we will refund your funds in cryptocurrency, which was subject to exchange to fiat, with deduction of fines and fees (according to the User Agreement).

Withdrawals are made only to a bank card that belongs to you. In case you provided a third-party bank card, we will perform a reverse conversion into cryptocurrency and credit it to your wallet, with deduction of fines and fees (according to the User Agreement).

Please note that Cratos does not store your fiat funds. When creating a request for an exchange of cryptocurrency to fiat funds, you agree to exchange your funds before the end of the transaction day when the funds were credited (according to the User Agreement).

Fees for deposits and withdrawals using a bank card can be reviewed here and depend on your account type.
