How to withdraw funds to a different Cratos wallet?

• Login to your Cratos account.
• Go to ‘Withdrawal’.
• In the ‘To Cratos’ section, indicate:
• Cratos client ID;
• Cryptocurrency and wallet you wish to send funds from
• The amount in cryptocurrency;
• In the opened request for withdrawal:
• Check fees, timeframe and limits. (If the transaction limit is exceeded, additional documents may be required*).
• If necessary, upload additional documents to the card of the created withdrawal request*.
• Wait for the confirmation of the transfer from our side and expect payment;

*The system may ask you to upload additional documents to the ‘Compliance’ section in the request card.

Please be careful when sending funds and check every detail.

There are no fees for transfers between Cratos users.
